Okay so today is the beginning of the PINK Primary phase where I can now add fruits and carbs to my diet and follow the DVD workouts which consists of 3 phases, 3 weeks each.
I just finished the Kardio workout (and yes they spell it with a K). It wasn't as hard as I thought, not like p90x where your calling an ambulance after 2 minutes, but not super easy either. I was definitely sweating, but I feel super energized! My legs were a little shaky when I started walking around because of all the lunges and stuff, but the Yoga core afterwards was way hard, because I'm not that flexible. I'm going to stick with it, but it's going to create awesome results that I can't wait to see:)
Tomorrow is weights and strength......also I'm going to be posting some PINK friendly cooking recipes on my youtube channel shourtnei1988:)

Day 4-7!
I know you guys probably feel neglected but I've been super busy with college finals and haven't had a chance to even think about posting!
Okay as for the update today is Day 8 on PM, but it's day 1 for primary.
I finished the reset yesterday and, are you ready for the results???
I LOST 8LBS! in 7 days and 2 1/4 inches:) I'm totally stoked, I feel healthier and my skin and hair look amazing so I'm so happy to report that everything is going way better than expected!

Day 3 of Reset!
God could I kill for a candy bar! It just so happens that the week I decide to do a new diet, mother nature comes to visit! Sweet Jesus this is impecable timing, because I'm sorry but cucmbers just doesn't do it for me when it comes to the cursed period!
Although I don't feel super hungry still, I didn't lose any weight from yesterday, surprise surprise because it's mostly water weight anyways and I drank less than the day before so I'm not really surprised.
Today I had the smoothie for breakfast with frozen strawberries which worked out alot better than the fresh ones.
Other than being a crabby bitch..everything is going great!

Day 2 of Reset!
OMG! So my sister, mother and I all lost 4 lbs!!! Incredible right, and although my mind is telling me it's just water weight it's still a start! I love the diet so far, because I don't feel like I'm starving and it's super easy to follow!
Yesterday for Breakfast I had the PINK Smoothie, Lunch, a tuna salad and Dinner a pork chop with green beans and squash/onion/zucchini blend:)
The only pain in the ass part is drinking the water, I barely made my oz.'s yesterday! The journal and website forum gives me all the encouragement I need!
Tomorrow I'm going to buy a goal dress, which is basically just a dress I want to fit into. It's not going to be anything special, just something I can try on weekly to see how my results are coming along and how far I have to go!
I've also started posting videos on youtube to track my results and tell people in person just how well I'm doing! I will post those on here soon:)

Today is the Day!
This morning I woke up and realized that I hate smoothies! I started this new diet program called the P.I.N.K. Method and it's suppose to be "the last diet you'll every go on." Or at least that's what they advertise. So when you get the package in the mail it has a certificate, a bracelet, DVD workouts and a huge ass journal that you have to read that tells you how everything works.
Some things I didn't know..
1. Celery has alot of sodium in it so if you crave salt eat that!
2. Lean meats actually burn fat! Who knew?
3. Water is key! You have to drink your body weight in half to help lose weight!
So yea you learn something new everyday, but I'm still not convinced this is the miracle to weight loss but what do I have to lose;)
