Day 1 of PRIMARY!

Okay so today is the beginning of the PINK Primary phase where I can now add fruits and carbs to my diet and follow the DVD workouts which consists of 3 phases, 3 weeks each.

I just finished the Kardio workout (and yes they spell it with a K). It wasn't as hard as I thought, not like p90x where your calling an ambulance after 2 minutes, but not super easy either. I was definitely sweating, but I feel super energized! My legs were a little shaky when I started walking around because of all the lunges and stuff, but the Yoga core afterwards was way hard, because I'm not that flexible. I'm going to stick with it, but it's going to create awesome results that I can't wait to see:)

Tomorrow is weights and strength......also I'm going to be posting some PINK friendly cooking recipes on my youtube channel shourtnei1988:)

  1. Hey Girl! I am waiting for my kit to come in the mail so I am super excited to start! But I was wondering what types of proteins you have bought and from where? I have every grocery store and its mother around me but no idea where to go!
