Today is the Day!

This morning I woke up and realized that I hate smoothies! I started this new diet program called the P.I.N.K. Method and it's suppose to be "the last diet you'll every go on." Or at least that's what they advertise. So when you get the package in the mail it has a certificate, a bracelet, DVD workouts and a huge ass journal that you have to read that tells you how everything works.
Some things I didn't know..
1. Celery has alot of sodium in it so if you crave salt eat that!
2. Lean meats actually burn fat! Who knew?
3. Water is key! You have to drink your body weight in half to help lose weight!

So yea you learn something new everyday, but I'm still not convinced this is the miracle to weight loss but what do I have to lose;)
